Who is your company? What is the location and history of your pharmacy?

I took over this pharmacy 11 years ago, so since 2009, it's been in a state of disrepair! as disrepairing as this neighborhood you've seen. It's a large pharmacy with great potential, because we're in a housing estate with a population of around 10,000. There's a huge shortage of healthcare professionals, as we've lost 5 doctors who used to work here..

How did you hear about telemedicine in the pharmacy?

My first contact, my first experience with telemedicine was with Pharmagora last year, where I saw several companies, including Tessan.

I was immediately interested because, as I was saying, I live in a run-down area with no doctors. So telemedicine was obviously the most logical and useful solution for me.

The proof: to date, we've only just installed it, but we're already in great demand for consultations, especially as they're free! So much so, in fact, that people were ready to pay, because they asked how much we were paying for this solution.

How many patients do you see every day? What do they think of the new service?

Today, the frequency is 3 patients in the morning and 4 or even 5 patients in the afternoon, which I think is a pretty good average for a start, especially as we don't communicate. And the patients are extremely happy, because they didn't know the concept existed and, above all, it enables them to see a doctor straight away, within 10 to 15 minutes.

Since the departure of a number of doctors in the area, many patients have found themselves without a family doctor, so this solution is a good one. solution so this solution is of great benefit to them, because they can be treated without having to wait several hours at another GP's or run to the ER. And I even think it's a very good solution for the ER.

How do local doctors react?

I'm lucky enough to get on very well with the doctors here, I know them very well. All the more so as they themselves are very keen on telemedicine!

Finally, how would you describe your experience at Tessan in a few words?

I'm at the very beginning of the experience, but so far I'm extremely satisfied because it meets my expectations. You can consult a doctor quickly, and they're very friendly !

We're just at the beginning today, and I hope it will develop further.
