A teleconsultation is carried out with a general practitioner, who takes remote control of the connected dermatoscope to capture images and write a report for the dermatologist.
The general practitioner sends the images and the teleconsultation report to a dermatologist employed by Tessan, if he or she deems it appropriate. The dermatologist analyzes the images remotely, on an asynchronous basis, and issues a medical opinion within 72 hours, with a prescription if necessary.
The patient can choose to share his or her prescription, enabling the pharmacist to access it directly from his or her dedicated space.
